In the event that a participant is temporarily and/or permanently removed from the Moon Magic Master Tarot/ The A-Z of Emotional Health Ltd from Courses/Readings/Readers in Training/Directory or from within any aspect of a learning platform participating in an A-Z of Emotional Health and/or a Moon Magic Master Tarot Service/Event/Course/Training/Programme re-entry to existing and/or future services/events/courses/trainings/programmes is prohibited without formal application to the Moon Magic Master Tarot Programme Ethics Committee.
Conflict Resolution
Within the Moon Magic Master Tarot/ The A-Z of Emotional Health Ltd from Courses/Readings/Readers in Training/Directory or from within any aspect of a learning platform participating in an A-Z of Emotional Health and/or a Moon Magic Master Tarot Service/Event/Course/Training/Programme any element of conflict/concern/ or conflict resolution will automatically be referred in confidence to the Moon Magic Master Tarot Programme Ethics Committee.
In any element of conflict/concern/ or conflict resolution between students/participants, in alignment with the Moon Magic Ethical Framework students/participants are encouraged to resolve issues between themselves in an open, honest and respectful manner.
Jenny Florence/The Moon Magic Master Tarot Programme/The A-Z of Emotional Health Ltd do not assume any legal liability for interactions between students/participants. Your participation in this site is subject to full personal accountability and self-responsibility in all matters and you engage with other students/participants with this understanding and solely at your own risk.
In the event that a student/participant needs to raise a significant concern regarding another student/participant this can be submitted in confidence through a formal application to the Moon Magic Master Tarot Programme Ethics Committee. This system should only be engaged with as a last resort.
Jenny Florence/The Moon Magic Master Tarot Programme/The A-Z of Emotional Health Ltd do not assume any legal liability for any damages or alleged damages, losses, or other direct or indirect consequences of any client/student decisions/actions, subsequent to, or based on the Services of Moon Magic Master Tarot/ The A-Z of Emotional Health Ltd from Courses/Readings/Readers in Training/Directory or any aspect of a platform associated with or participating in an A-Z of Emotional Health and/or a Moon Magic Master Tarot Programme.
Jenny Florence/The Moon Magic Master Tarot Programme/The A-Z of Emotional Health Ltd reserves the right at any time and in their sole discretion to suspend and/or remove participants from the Moon Magic Master Tarot/ The A-Z of Emotional Health Ltd from Courses/Readings/Readers in Training/Directory or from within any aspect of a learning platform participating in an A-Z of Emotional Health and/or a Moon Magic Master Tarot Service/Event/Course/Training/Programme and to refuse entry to and/or purchase of the Moon Magic Master Tarot/ The A-Z of Emotional Health Ltd Courses/Readings/Readers in Training/Directory or to any aspect of a platform participating in an A-Z of Emotional Health and/or a Moon Magic Master Tarot Service/Event/Course/Training/Programme.
Courses/Training/Programme/Services in Development
All courses/trainings/programmes/services purchased during the developmental stage are non-refundable.
All courses/trainings/programmes/services purchased during the developmental stages will be fully available to the purchaser when the course is completed with any additional future modules added free of charge.
All courses/trainings/programmes/services purchased enrolled in during the developmental stages will involve trialling material with an opportunity to give feedback whilst benefitting from early access to Jeny’s exclusive copyrighted material.

The ongoing development of a course/training/programme/service will include adaptation and adjustment to all aspects of a course/training/programme/service including videos, audios, course content, course structure, staffing, committees, documentation, handouts, systems, etc…
